I checked all the queues SMQ1 SMQ2 in both systems (ERP & EWM) and there is nothing got stacked. However /SPE/EGR transaction doesn't create it, neither SCWM/GRPE can find it?
Not sure why?

Check out Release Strategies if PO waits for an approval, make sure it is release and then re-run /SPE/EGR
