Prerequisites
- Inspection lot is mandatory
- Enhanced certificate processing is mandatory
- Record certificate receipt via apps
- Apps to record certificate receipt (QC51- QC55)
- Usage decision (QA11)
- At goods receipt posting NOT supported
- Delivery based goods receipt posting is mandatory (GR via MIGO not supported)
Setting in S/4 HANA QM:
- QM in Procurement-Define Control Keys for QM in Procurement
- Define Certificate Types
- Maintaine the settings for Control Without Certificate, which are relevant if no certificate is provided. EWM only supports the control with inspection lot:
- With Lot: Status
- With Lot: Status, No Skip To Stock
Master Data in S/4 system- Material Master.
- QM in Procurement is active.
- A control key with certificate requirement is set.
- A certificate type is specified.
- Set up inspection 01( w/o inspection rule) or 1701( With inspection Rule)
Perform the test:
- Create a Purchase order. Ensure necessary QM parameters are passed in PO.
- Create Inbound delivery and perform GR in EWM.
In the inspection lot you can monitor the certificate receipt:
- If receipt of the certificate is confirmed, inspection lot status CROK (certificate receipt confirmed) is set.
- If receipt of the certificate is not yet confirmed, inspection lot status CTCM (certificate confirmation missing) is set.
Note--->When recording the receipt of the quality certificate(QA11), the inspection lot status is updated.
Certificate is missing with status- CTCM
In QA32/QA11, Usage decision, inspection lot is marked with 'Certificate Missing'.
Confirm the certificate receipt with the following options:
- Confirmation using the quality certificate worklist by choosing Quality Certificates Incoming Worklist (transaction QC55)
- Confirmation by recording quality certificate receipt under Quality Certificates Incoming Create (transaction QC51)
- Confirmation with the usage decision
For this case, lets confirm certificate receipt using QC51.
Check the QM inspection lot now for Status Change.
Perform the UD and EWM Warehouse activity for Putaway process.
Note-->It is not possible to confirm the receipt of a certificate when posting a goods receipt in MIGO. This is only possible in Inventory Management storage locations but it is not supported in an EWM storage location.
