1711499 - Not possible to enter SN-s if quantity role PA is inactive

Symptom

You want to add serial numbers to a delivery item on the delivery UI, by using the automatic option, and quantity role PA (Pack) is inactive for the item type in customizing. In this case you get the error message "Stock serialization: Creation of serial numbers for unpacked qty only" (/SCWM/DLV_SERIAL102).
