This issue came up with the below scenario:
Single Product comes with HU, First putaway is in to Fixed bin (non-HU St.Typ) and remaining quantity goes to High rack which is HU managed. The goal is to use incoming HU number in the high rack.
Can you please help?

System considers Put-away sequence in this scenario. because of this the partial quantities need to be put-away first and the last remaining quantity can use the incoming HU number in the destination final storage bin.
