3417350 - Error message "No. of serial numbers w/o HU assignment XX greater than unpacked qty X"." Message No. /SCWM/DLV_SERIAL214"

Cause

The delivery item is packed into multiple HU-s, there is no way for the system to know which SN is distributed to which HU, in case the SN-s were sent on delivery item level

Resolution

Step-1: Copy SNs from the blocked item's: SN tab in /SCWM/PRDI 

Step-2: Go to Follow on Functions > Pack

Step: 3: Check the product and HU where the item number it is assigned to

Step: 4: Open the HU item, click on Serial Number tab and paste here the SNs manually and then click enter

Step: 5: Reload Tcode /SCWM/PRDI

Step: 6: Reload the delivery, and click button "Check" (if the delivery item is still blocked)

Step: 7: Save the unblocked delivery
