Mobile RF Devices in Warehousing (63V)
This scope item allows you to use mobile RF devices in warehouse processes. There's a set of out-of-the-box transactions available to perform mobile warehouse activities in inbound, internal, and outbound processes such as put away, physical inventory counting and picking. This process activates the necessary configuration to determine queues during warehouse task creation. Based on these queues, the workload can be distributed to multiple resources working in the warehouse. Once you set up the relevant master data, you can assign resource groups to resources and thus control the activity areas of a warehouse where a resource is active. Resource planners can choose to have the system guide them, or manually choose their next warehouse order. Using verification profiles, you can define which verification fields are mandatory and which can be skipped during the scanning process.

Produce and Sell Standard Products - Warehouse Managed (54V)
This scope item enables production planning and execution for a finished good in make-to-stock scenarios, as well as prompt reactions to incoming sales orders (sell from stock).
The process starts with the creation of a demand forecast for finished goods represented by planned independent requirements (PIRs). Based on PIRs, material requirements planning (MRP) creates a production plan for finished goods and explodes the entire bill of material. This planning results in raw material demand. Production planners can analyze and manually change the planned order-based production plan.
Raw material demand leads to component demands that trigger external procurement via purchase orders and inbound delivery.
The semi-finished product is produced via repetitive manufacturing into the warehouse. With the repetitive manufacturing confirmation, semi-finished material is received into the specified warehouse goods receipt bin and raw material is issued from stock. The goods receipt (movement type 131) and the goods issue (movement type 261) are posted synchronously in one material document. In addition, the system automatically generates a warehouse task.
The production process of the finished product via discrete manufacturing includes converting planned orders to production orders, releasing orders, staging and picking materials, confirming order operations, and posting goods receipts. Upon acceptance of quality inspection results, finished product is moved to unrestricted stock.
The process continues with creating sales orders, performing deliveries from the stock present in a warehouse-managed location, invoicing, and clearing after incoming payment.
All products in this scenario use warehouse-managed storage locations. Quality inspection is triggered during goods receipt for production orders.
This scope item is excluded from the default activation.
This scope item is only relevant for customers that want to use warehouse management capabilities including storage bin management in SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
Caution:
Additional organizational entities (for example, storage location, warehouse number, warehouse, and storage types) are activated as part of the warehouse management scope items.
Before activation of this scope item, the following scope items must be set in scope and activated:
Quality Management in Warehousing (3M0)
This scope item allows you to inspect products delivered from external suppliers and from production before putaway in the warehouse. The process starts with the creation of a purchase or production order and an inbound delivery relevant for processing in the warehouse. Once the goods arrive at the warehouse, the delivery is checked, and the products are packed into handling units as required. Afterwards, the goods receipt is posted and warehouse tasks are created to execute the movements to the quality area. At goods receipt posting, the system creates an inspection lot and changes the stock type to quality stock. A quality technician inspects the delivered goods and records the inspection results. Based on these results, the quality engineer makes a usage decision. At the end of the process, you create ad-hoc warehouse tasks to move the accepted products to a final storage bin. The rejected products stay in the quality area for further processing.
This scope item is excluded from the default activation.
This scope item is only relevant for customers who use warehouse management capabilities in the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and would like to extend their inbound process from supplier and production with a quality inspection process.
Replenishment in Warehousing (4A2)
With this process, you can plan and automate the creation of replenishment warehouse tasks to ensure the right inventory levels for your products in the areas where picking is done. This scope item supports planned and automatic replenishment of fixed storage bins. The planned replenishment can be started either interactively or as a regular application background job. In contrast, with automatic replenishment, the system starts replenishment when a warehouse task is confirmed. The system creates replenishment warehouse tasks if the current stock is below the defined threshold for the product’s fixed bin. The replenishment quantity is calculated as the difference between the maximum and the current bin quantity. At the end of the process, the warehouse operative confirms the warehouse tasks and makes sure that the stock is moved from the reserve to the picking area.
This scope item is excluded from the default activation.
This scope item is only relevant for customers that use warehouse management capabilities in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and want to leverage the replenishment functionality in warehousing.
Resource Management in Warehousing (3W0)
This scope item allows you to leverage interfaces (APIs) for the development of customer-specific apps for warehouse task processing on mobile devices. In addition, it enables you to manage your warehouse resources, such as a user or equipment that executes work in the warehouse. A resource is mandatory to process warehouse orders and tasks with the APIs. A typical process on a mobile device could be designed as follows: A user starts with logon to a resource. The resource can retrieve relevant warehouse orders and tasks from the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. A warehouse task is selected by the resource for further processing. The warehouse order is blocked to prevent concurrent processing by different warehouse workers. The process ends with a confirmation of the warehouse task. With help of the resource management functionality, you can check the workload and utilization of a dedicated warehouse resource.
This scope item is excluded from the default activation.
This scope item is only relevant for customers that use warehouse management capabilities in the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and want to connect mobile devices for warehouse task processing.
SAP EWM Integration - Batch Management (2VN)
This scope item describes the basic integration of batches in the goods receipt process with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). It allows you to create batches in the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and in the SAP EWM system as required. When creating batches in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, the batch master record is distributed to the EWM system. During the creation of a purchase order, the business user can enter the batch number for each purchase order item. Once a purchase order is available, an inbound delivery is created and replicated to the SAP EWM system. The batch number is distributed as part of the delivery item. If you don't assign a specific batch in the purchase order / inbound delivery, you can search for a fitting batch or create a new one in SAP EWM. In this case, the batch data is transferred to the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition system.
Option 1: Create batch
Option 2: Create and assign batch in SAP EWM
Option 2: Maintain batches for product in SAP EWM (optional)
This scope item is excluded from the default activation.
This scope item is only relevant for customers that want to integrate with SAP Extended Warehouse Management 9.5 FP02. If you requested this scope item, see the set-up instructions in SAP Signavio Process Navigator.
SAP EWM Integration - Customer Returns (2VO)
The process starts with the creation of a return order and a return delivery in the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition system. The delivery is then transferred to SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). In SAP EWM, a goods receipt is posted for the delivery and warehouse tasks are created to put the received goods back to the warehouse. The process ends with the confirmation of the warehouse tasks.
This scope item is excluded from the default activation.
This scope item is only relevant for customers that want to integrate with SAP Extended Warehouse Management 9.5 FP02. If you requested this scope item, see the set-up instructions in SAP Signavio process Navigator.
SAP EWM Integration - Delivery-Based Production Integration (2VM)
In this scope item, you manage the staging and consumption of components from the warehouse to production and the receiving and storage of finished products from production into the warehouse. You trigger material staging that leads to the creation of an outbound delivery that is replicated to SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
The corresponding outbound delivery order (ODO) in SAP EWM serves as the main document for material staging. A warehouse clerk creates warehouse tasks for staging with reference to the ODO. The warehouse worker moves the goods to the production supply area and confirms the warehouse tasks. A goods issue is automatically posted by the system. The stock is transferred from the EWM-managed to the production storage location and is now available for consumption.
After the production process is finished, the generation of expected goods receipts (EGR) documents initiates the receiving of the finished goods from production into the warehouse.
This scope item is excluded from the default activation.
This scope item is only relevant for customers that would like to integrate with SAP Extended Warehouse Management 9.5 FP02. If you requested this scope item, see the set-up instructions in SAP Signavio Process Navigator.
SAP EWM Integration - Inbound Processing from Supplier (2VJ)
This scope item enables you to order goods from suppliers and to perform the putaway in your warehouse. The process begins with the creation of a purchase order and an inbound delivery in the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition system. If the delivery is relevant to processing in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), the inbound delivery document is replicated to the SAP EWM system, where it generates an inbound delivery notification that in turn leads to an inbound delivery.
Alternatively, the warehouse can be informed about incoming goods by using an expected goods receipt (EGR) document. You can transfer the expected goods receipt information to the SAP EWM system in one of two ways: pull data from SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition from within SAP EWM, or push the data from SAP S/4HANA Cloud to SAP EWM. The EGR document contains data for a purchase order and enables you to create an inbound delivery in SAP EWM that is replicated to the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
This scope item is excluded from the default activation.
This scope item is only relevant for customers that want to integrate with SAP Extended Warehouse Management 9.5 FP02. If you requested this scope item, see the set-up instructions in SAP Signavio Process Navigator.
SAP EWM Integration - Outbound Processing to Customer (2VK)
In this process, you ship ordered goods to external customers using SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition integrated to SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). This process starts with the creation of a sales order and an outbound delivery. The outbound delivery is replicated to the SAP EWM, where an outbound delivery order is created. This document serves as the starting point for the outbound processing within the warehouse. Warehouse tasks are created with reference to the outbound delivery order and the physical process for picking is executed. During the creation of warehouse tasks, the system determines the location for picking the stock and allocates the stock to the warehouse task. At the end of the process, the goods issue is posted. The goods issue information is transferred from SAP EWM to the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition system. Subsequent process steps such as billing can be executed accordingly.
This scope item is excluded from the default activation.
This scope item is only relevant for customers that want to integrate with SAP Extended Warehouse Management 9.5 FP02. If you requested this scope item, see the set-up instructions in SAP Signavio Process Navigator.
SAP EWM Integration - Stock Transport Orders (2VL)
Using stock transport orders, you can execute a stock transfer process from one plant to another within the same company code. The process starts with the creation of a stock transport order. A warehouse clerk at the shipping plant monitors the materials due for shipment and creates deliveries as required. Once a delivery is created, the system replicates it to the SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) system, where an outbound delivery order is created. Warehouse tasks are created with reference to the outbound delivery order and the physical process for picking is executed. After the goods issue is posted in the SAP EWM system and sent back to the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, an inbound delivery is created and replicated to SAP EWM automatically. This document serves as the starting point for the inbound process in the receiving plant.
This scope item is excluded from the default activation.
This scope item is only relevant for customers that want to integrate with SAP Extended Warehouse Management 9.5 FP02. If you requested this scope item, see the set-up instructions in SAP Signavio Process Navigator.

Warehouse Advanced Production Integration (6NI)
Advanced production integration allows you to have real-time material flow between shop floor and warehouse. You can plan the staging of components to production over a period of time, so that PSA capacity is reasonably used. You can monitor and control the staging process. Consumption can be posted directly from WM and the consumption status can be monitored using an app or RF. Consumption posting can be reversed directly from WM using an app or RF.
You can receive produced stock as soon as the goods receipt request is triggered from the shop floor (both the Post Goods Movement app and the RF are available for the use). You can also clear stock reference on left-over stock from the production supply area, and move them back to the warehouse, after the manufacturing process is complete. In that way, you can free up some capacity from the production supply area for other staging activities, using an app or RF.
This scope item is excluded from the default activation.
This scope item is only relevant for customers that want to use warehouse management capabilities including storage bin management in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
Caution: Additional organizational entities (for example, storage location, warehouse number, warehouse, and storage types) are activated as part of the warehouse management scope items.
Warehouse Inbound Processing (3BR)
In this process, products that are delivered with the intent to be stored in the warehouse are received and moved to a storage bin. This scope item allows different variants of inbound processing, such as inbound from supplier, inbound from another storage location, and inbound from another plant.
The process starts with an inbound delivery that is relevant for processing in the warehouse. Once the products arrive at the warehouse, batches and serial numbers can be assigned to the inbound delivery items and handling units can be created. Afterwards, the goods receipt is posted and warehouse tasks are created to execute the movements in the warehouse.
After moving the products to the final bin or the clarification zone (exceptional case), the warehouse tasks are confirmed accordingly.
This scope item is excluded from the default activation.
This scope item is only relevant for customers who want to use warehouse management capabilities including storage bin management in the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. Caution: Additional organizational entities (for example, storage location, warehouse number, warehouse, and storage types) are activated as part of the warehouse management scope items.
Warehouse Outbound Processing (3BS)
With this process, products are picked, packed, and sent from your warehouse. This scope item supports different outbound process scenarios. For example, you can send ordered products to external customers, return products to suppliers, and supply products to internal customers.
The process starts with an outbound delivery that is relevant for processing in the warehouse. Warehouse tasks are created based on the outbound delivery. The physical process for picking is executed and then confirmed. If packing is required, a warehouse worker packs the products into shipping handling units. Serial numbers are captured in different steps depending on whether the product is managed on documentation level (documentation serialization) or stock level (serialization in stock). Finally, the goods issue is posted.
This scope item is excluded from the default activation.
This scope item is only relevant for customers who want to use warehouse management capabilities including storage bin management in the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. Be aware that additional organizational entities (for example, storage location, warehouse number, warehouse, storage types) will be activated as part of the warehouse management scope items.
